Good, quiet, clean rooms. Outside food is allowed and inhouse restaurant is also available. The hotel lift is too small. The hotel is couple friendly and decent for the families too. Overall a good experience. Recommended if looking for the place to stay in the Pimpri area.

I did a booking from an urgent situation. When I spoke to front desk, the extremely rude refusal to accomodate an early check in, was enough to drive me away. In fact, it gave me safety concerns. The nearby Spree Hotel where I was staying luckily extended stay and I was glad they could. Never pay money online on Oyo app when you book a stay at such hotels. You will be in for a rude shock. Sadly I went in for this hotel despite seeing a lot of negative reviews. My bad.

No Bell boy available to take your luggage.... Lift is old and small.... Switches in the room were hanging out of switchboard...very unsafe for kids...hot water is rarely available. Staff was polite but arrogant. Overall Not worth it to stay here.

Well my first time visit to Pune was totally ruined by the kind of service received here!! First thing the guys in the reception doesn’t have any etiquette!! They themselves contradict their own statements!! We booked for a delux room for 3 occupancy but the room given was for 2 persons!! No toletaries we’re provided! Hygiene is not at all maintained! Bed sheets are not clean!! In the package breakfast was mentioned and billed and at the time of check in on being asked they said breakfast is available from next day as it’s already 12 pm but next day they denied and they said they don’t have kitchen where as when raising the issue to the Oyo I was told renovation is going on in kitchen which is absolutely a false statement. The people working over there has zero knowledge on client handling customer services and how to maintain PR. They encourage u married couples for check in which in turn gives difficult to people coming with family!! No proper bill was given against the payment done!! Please work on improving service standards

BEFORE BOOKING READ THIS!!!! They charged me "fine" for period stain..... I think all women should know this before booking.... what if it was sauce or something else? Would they still charge?

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Please be informed that your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
