Don't trust this hotel. Not twice, think multiple times well before making payment. Once you make the payment, hotel staff won't refund if you want to cancel the booking within the free cancellation time, and they say they can't cancel it on their end. Also, forget about help from OYO customer care as they simply transfer the call to other department and no one will ever answer. I'm avoiding booking OYO from now onwards. Ratings of this hotel in OYO app are fake and manipulative, only Google reviews are genuine. Hotel staff rushes you to make the online payment first, as there's won't be any refund or cancellation later. Don't fall for this trap. Spend time and find a good hotel slowly. Don't rush.

Receiptionist do not give respect to the customers. Rooms are not clean and floors are sticky. Bedsheets are not clean and itchy. Bathrooms are also not clean and closet are broken and also not cleaned properly. No soap or towel was provided. The hallways are also not clean. Also the water was kept in an open jar. I came with a lot of exceptations looking at the reviews but was dissatisfied with the accomodation.

I stayed for 1 night. This is more of hop in and hop out. The manager and his staff are useless and no service mentality. Looks like since I booked through online and got a good deal they were very cold in their approach. Also the towel and a he soap they handed over to me as against keeping in my room. Not worth to go with family. If solo, go there and don’t expect anything . The room is neat and the beddings were fine . It can be improved as patches of dirt was visible in the beddings. The Ac was working so it was fine. The bathroom was decent. No toilet paper. Oyo townhouse was supposed to be better in quality compared to Oyo rooms. I was disheartened to see the service level. Moreover, I had booked with breakfast and when I enquired they shamelessly declined and said they don’t provide. However, online the same is retained and upon asking they said they can’t change. Eventually you end up paying more. Anyone wanting to stay here, don’t go for breakfast. For the price what they charge even 1000 it’s not worth.

Worst Experience. Don't even try to stay at this pathetic place for even 2 days. They give you no service , guy there only care for couples & clearly said he give rooms mainly for hourly basis. Had to change the place even after paying.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
