I loved my stay at TP beach resort. The team went over and beyond to ensure it was a comfortable and happy stay. The rooms are clean and fresh! The resort is only a stone throw away from Arambol beach on one side and the main road on the other - where there are lots of shops and cafes making it easy to get around by foot. I definitely recommend!

Nice place to stay. Lush green garden with blue pool is worth staying. Rooms and swimming pool were clean. 1 min Walking distance from Arambol beach.We had breakfast ( choose from menu) which was good.Since we were large family of 12 people with kids the location suits since its nearby market.Mr.Prasad Manger of the resort was very helpful made our Stay comfortable.

A family, far away from our family. Everything was so awesome that you can't even rate them less than just AWESOME. From the owner - Ruben, to the House keeping staff; everyone deserves a salute. Ambience was nice and lit. It was my first visit to GOA and trust me after receiving the hospitality from Owner and staff, I extended another day. I can recommend this place to one and All. Trust me guys this is not a paid reviews but my feelings after staying 4 days with them. T P Beach resort, is the go to place in Goa. Best accommodation for a family and people who prefers Vibes over chaos. I wanted to try a fish from their restaurant because I was madly in love with their food. Haven't got an experience in my life where, owner sends his friend to 40 KM away in Maharastra and get the fish only for one person's dinner.

Disappointing Experience Due to Poor Management and Rude Behavior My recent stay at this "so called resort" left me deeply dissatisfied and disheartened. Despite the picturesque surroundings and promising amenities, the overall experience was marred by the resort's abysmal management and shockingly rude behavior exhibited by the staff. From the moment of check-in, it was evident that the management's focus was solely on monetary gains rather than guest satisfaction. The lack of consideration for guests' needs and comfort was apparent in every interaction. The staff's demeanor was nothing short of disrespectful and unwelcoming, displaying a complete disregard for basic manners and hospitality.

One of the best resort I have visited till now. The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent.This is one of the best family beach resort I visited. This is very kids friendly and all the staff members are very supportive. Main attraction of the resort is its beach access and resort has maintained it very well.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Special discounted rates provided by the hotel are non-refundable. In case of cancelling any such booking, user will not get any refund in return.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Please be informed that your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
