        I have stayed at this hotel on multiple occasions for business trips. Rooms were clean and tidy. Regular cleaning by staff was a plus point. Staff was extremely friendly and always ready to help with issues or requests by guest. Support staff was polite too including cleaning helpers. Early check-in was offered with minimal costs. Overall it was great stay.

        Rooms were clean and good. Food is good but more expensive as compared to other quality restaurants. If you are coming to Sterling Hospital and want to stay the location is not bad but for business or other purpose please don’t. Staff good and helpful except manager, she is not helpful. They are after money and doesn’t think of customers hard earned money.They don’t want the customers to come back again. They over charge for extra guest. I requested booking partner to help in my issue and they emailed them and I talked personally with manager but she is not ready to help in any ways. Really very bad experience.Please book carefully if you don’t know how long to stay because if you pay in advance and reduce your stay they won’t refund.

        Stayed here with family recently, hotels room are good and cleaned, lunch we ordered are very good taste wise and quantity wise, morning bfst had 3-4 items and good, overall a good experience.

        Rooms were clean and good. Food is good but more expensive as compared to other quality restaurants.         Stayed here with family recently, hotels room are good and cleaned, lunch we ordered are very good taste wise and quantity wise, morning bfst had 3-4 items and good, overall a good experience.

        Definitely not worth the price. Maintenance is very poor, room is poorly designed, and not a single chair...had to eat my dinner sitting on the bed. The mini meal I ordered was good, though, except the jeera rice that was undercooked.

        So I had visited here during one event from Santoor Soap.. It was lucky draw related for their traders and distributors. It seems they have little less capacity for parking here. Hotel was good maintained and we were in basement hall so we found trouble in our network connection. Food was good and service was also fine fine.           Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.
          For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in.           Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.
          In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
          Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.
          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
