While we only stayed here for a night, our experience was great! The hotel is smaller than we expected (based off assumptions made from what we saw online) but is beautiful! The common spaces and the room are tastefully done up with art work and art instalments across. The service was truly exceptional and was at a level of professional that you would expect only from 5 star hotels. The food was great too! All in all, it’s a great stay if you are visiting Naggar.

The hotel has a great view and extremely luxurious. The hotel itself is a showcase of Art and Architecture. Every corner is beautifully decorated. The view with the pool and the mountains is totally worth it. Can vouch for this hotel being the best one in Kullu. Overall had a great experience in this property.

My wife and I celebrated her birthday at Eila Art Hotel, and it was an exceptional experience. The food was delicious and visually stunning, and the staff were warm and attentive. The hotel's ambiance added to the charm of the evening. We left with full hearts and satisfied taste buds, and we can't wait to return for another special occasion.

Located amidst lush greenery in Naggar between Kullu and Manali, the tree of elia is by far the best property that I have stayed in my trip to Himachal this year. Eila meaning Earth and this stay stands true to its name. Well trained staff, comfy warm rooms, the rooms have a warm cosy vibe along with tasteful interiors. Highly recommend the trout fish and chicken stroganoff, spaghetti in alfredo sauce and the local himachali thali from menu. Interesting artworks to see. Overall this place is nothing but a piece of Art♥️

The whole team really goes out of the way to help you out. Don’t miss out on their Kulad ki daal. Food is amazing. Satish is a gem, talk to him about the local culture, folklore, etc. Rooms are also beautiful. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
