One could hardly imagine that "hideaway" rooms would be so prone to disturbance. There were some occupants who boisterously partied till late night having no concern whatsoever for fellow occupants and staff and owner couldn't be bothered less. Only positives were cleanliness and layout/decor of rooms, staff was courteous but lacked warmth barring a few. The resort (if we can call it that) suffers from serious lack of space. There are no balconies att to rooms, no spacious enough common areas, no proper parking facility, no amenities for children. Beds are creaky, mattresses sagging, wifi connectivity patchy. Scarcity of staff can be easily made out. The standards of the restaurant are exaggerated in most of the reviews. The rates are high with neither any visible finesse in preparations nor minimum essential flexibility in menu. The layout is just about ok. The breakfast layout was laughable, the dishes were not even labelled. Breakfast spread was hardly 25% of what I have come across in other four star hotels. Overall its a very smartly marketed homestay which leaves much to desire. People coming from concrete jungles may sure like it but anybody who is somewhat connected to outdoors and nature is unlikely to be amused much.

The resort is located on the mountain top with breathtaking view of the flora and fauna around. The property and the rooms have old-school interiors with wooden flooring, chairs and pillars. The aesthetic of the property is very well done. Talking about the food, they have an in-house restaurant 'Garhwal House' which serves amazing North Indian food. We requested them to make some vegetarian Garhwali delicacies for us which were perfect. Breakfast has limited options but everything tastes amazing. For the rooms, we were upgraded to the Junior Suite which has ample space for a family. The beds are a little uncomfortable and requires a change. The staff is welcoming and will take care of all your comforts so that you have a pleasant stay. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the property. Highly recommended if you are visiting Dehradun✨

I found my stay at the resort to be extremely peaceful. As you enter the property, you are greeted by green foliage and flowers as well as with a distant view of the mountains. The room I stayed at was spacious, well lit, ventilated and very clean. The overall upkeep of the room and property is especially noteworthy. Their in-house restaurant whips up delicious and varied fare. Special mention of the staff at the restaurant, reception and housekeeping who are helpful at all times without being intrusive. The reception desk, helped arrange taxis for local travel and sightseeing as well as airport drop. All in all, a very pleasant experience. Thank you to the resort staff who made it so.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
