Very clean and comfortable. Very near to airport and can sleep without mosquito attack (windows are covered with net). The staffs are very friendly, we were very happy there. Recommended to all.

I can't say enough great things about this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the exceptional service from the team made me feel welcomed. The cleanliness of the rooms and the entire hotel was remarkable, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay. The convenience of being close to the airport was a huge plus, and the cherry on top was the delicious breakfast that fueled me for the day ahead. If you're looking for a top-notch hotel with cleanliness, convenience, and excellent service, this is the perfect choice! Five stars all the way!

I recently stayed at Hotel Treebo Amigos in Kochi, Kerala, and it was a delightful experience. The hotel is beautifully constructed, exceptionally neat, and impressively tidy. The staff is not only professional but also incredibly friendly, making the stay warm and welcoming. Mr. Jaison, the manager, stood out as a knowledgeable guide, providing valuable insights into Kerala's tourist attractions. The breakfast spread was fantastic, offering a diverse range of options beyond just South Indian cuisine. I highly recommend Hotel Treebo Amigos to fellow travellers for an enjoyable and comfortable stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Amigos Residency in Cochin, Kerala. I was absolutely blown away by the quality of the hotel, the service, and the location. The hotel is brand new and spotlessly clean. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the linens are crisp and fresh. The bathrooms are spacious and have hot water on demand. The staff at Amigos Residency are some of the friendliest and most helpful people I've ever met. They went out of their way to make sure I had a great stay. They arranged for a taxi to pick me up from the airport, and they even gave me a ride to a nearby restaurant for dinner one night. The location of Amigos Residency is perfect. It's just a short drive from the Cochin International Airport, and it's also close to a number of restaurants, shops, and tourist attractions. Overall, I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Amigos Residency. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Cochin.

Absolutely delightful staff who catered to our every need as I was travelling with my mother who had a stroke recently. They arranged for a room where she could be comfortable and could manage movement easily. The rooms are clean, hygienic and easily accessible. The facilities are excellent and the premises were neat and clean. The proximity to the airport makes it an ideal place for staying when you have to travel from Kochi airport.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Special discounted rates provided by the hotel are non-refundable. In case of cancelling any such booking, user will not get any refund in return.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Please be informed that your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
