Mr. Prakash was a wonderful host.He took care of all of us really well. We had a great stay along with family and was a great experience at Athithi bhavan. View is good from the hotel. Awesome food.Both North Indian and south Indian of great taste. We had requested for Jain food and they made specially for us. Highly recommend this place. 5 Star Experience.⭐

My name is muhammed shafeeq. I booked and stayed the hotel on 23-10-2023 for 5000 RS and worth of the hotel was only for less than 2000RS. Room was clean Receptionist was very helpful Manners of the staffs ( there are only 2 staffs other than receptionist)is zero. There is one man he is the cook also and always in his mouth chewing the pan masala. Attitude of the both staff is like we are staying for free and very rude arrogant

Treebo please reconsider your quality standards. This place though has a good small team of hospitable care takers, it surely needs some upgrade in terms of maintenance, clean linens, bed spreads and cleanliness of restaurant. The food was a bit of a relief.

Booked this hotel at high price but this hotel is only worth of Rs 3000. Also food option in buffet is very limited.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
