This place has become like a second home to me, people looking for a clean and hygienic budget hotel should not think again before selecting the property. A recurring problem with budget business is the food quality. This hotel provides excellent home food quality perfect for frequent travelers. Buffet provided very wholesome with good variety, and lastly the staff is very helpful and professional. This review is coming after my multiple visits to the property over the last 3 months and close to 30 days of stay in this property. All the best team CITI, keep up the good work.

It's a ok kind of place which would be preferred by people who are on business or looking for a place which is walkable distance from CP. It's usually a hard place to find because it is not on the street but a little inside the street with no proper board on the road. Also it is near a ground so one can hear sounds from the events happening nearby inside the room which can be disturbing. Also the washrooms as too close and sounds from the adjoining room / washroom can also be disturbing. The place does not offer buffet breakfast so people who prefer that might be disappointed.

Room is small and conjusted. Bathroom is tiny . The door is placed in such a way that you have to squeeze in between it and the commode to enter the Bathroom. The room is rather old but it has an ac ,heater,fridge and electric kettle. There is hot water in Bathroom but you have to wait a little. Not up to the usual Treebo standards but there is even a complimentary breakfast

Such a good hotel to stay. The rooms are neat and clean and very spacious. The hotel is at walkable distance to Karol bagh metro station. the food is also good and delicious😋👌 overall good experience..

Good cosy rooms as typical of treebo. Wholesome breakfast. Staffs are courteous. Over all very good for a short stay. Loved it.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
