Has been one of the worst experiences at this hotel. I've been to many hotels till date but this one has to be the most disappointing one with deceiving policies and pathetic customer service. We have paid an extra amount of Rs.300 for the Early Check-In facility offered by the hotel since we are here for a hospital appointment and this facility was utmost needed. When we arrived there, the Front Desk Manager Mr.Jitender has denied Early Check-In and informed us it's against their policies. When we have shown our booking voucher where Early Check-In facility was mentioned, he had no words but to say he would allow early check in only before 2 hours i.e. 10am. While we said, it's 9am and we would pay for the extra 1 hour, he said in that case we will have to pay an additional Rs.300 from 9am to 12pm. So, we will be paying Rs.300 + Rs.300 (which was already paid while booking for Early Check In facility). So, a total of Rs.600 is being paid for an Early Check-In of 1 hour. Such fraudsters exist online and it's terrifying to see how the hotels make money out of these deceiving offers. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Car Parking ,lift availble.rooms small and clean and good ..you can book through online ... Little bit inside from gurudwara..easily you can access ..near by very limited food facilities available ..you can order through swiggy and zomoto

The bedsheets were torn, but they changed when I called they changed .The hotel was good but the price little more more than the service and i was told by the customer service that I can extend upto 6 hours with 100 Rs per hour...but they gave cut of time till 4pm and i had asked for 6 pm...which they did not agree. However we checked out at 4pm..that's was disappointing Rest all good ..

At first they gave room with full of cigarette smoke and later on request they gave another room, there AC is not working properly. Breakfast is horrible, they served spoiled chutney, I will not recommend anyone to this hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
