Awasome stay. The hotel is very clean and beautiful. We went on our anniversary and we enjoyed lot. We had a party on beautiful fort view restaurant dining hall. Hotel also arranged cake and complimentary decoration for us. Food was also very tasty. Service was top notch. Would visit again.

We have checked in to the hotel on 27.01.2024. While check-in receiptionist has upgraded our room category. Receiptionist was very cordial. Rooms were very clean and fresh. Food was also delicious. We had an overall very good experience. One must visit this hotel if looking for budget category with premium feel.

We stayed at Hotel Chandrangan Excellency on 31st. This hotel was the best for us. The owner of the hotel helped us a lot. He also helped us in planning our desert. From the camp, we went to Treebo Trend Desert Harmony Resort. We have done a lot of things, we have returned to the hotel and we have reached the hotel and our hotel manager Daya Singh is very polite, the staff is very friendly and has told everyone to come to the hotel thanks to Chandrangan excellence.

Worst experience. Went on 31st December with wife and friends. But had worst experience in hotel and also with Owner Abhishek. He will be polite with you until you book and give money, once you pay he will show his true colour. He don’t stick to his words. He talked with us in words that, “ I owe three properties worth 3 crs, I don’t have time to talk to you guys.” Morning breakfast also will be cold and not worthy. Do not even think to book this property.

Very small but well maintained hotel. Rooms are nice and small bht bathrooms are average. Don't expect great food / breakfast. Though food is not expensive like other places around. Recommending this place

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
