I recently had the pleasure of staying at your wonderful hotel, and I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, we were met with warm hospitality and genuine care. One thing that truly stood out was the kindness and understanding of the owner, Sam. He went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, even accepting our request for a shortened 6-hour stay. This level of flexibility and individual attention is truly rare and deserves special mention. The hotel itself was fantastic! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the food was decent. However, there was one area that slightly detracted from our overall experience. During our departure, the staff member assigned to the hotel cab did not offer any assistance with our heavy luggage. This lack of courtesy and helpfulness felt slightly unpleasant, especially in light of the exceptional service we had received from everyone else, including Sam himself. Sam, I truly believe you are doing an incredible job running your hotel. Your dedication to providing excellent service and creating a welcoming atmosphere is evident in every detail. I hope that you will consider addressing this minor issue with the cab staff so that future guests can enjoy the same seamless and positive experience we had for the majority of our stay. Despite this minor inconvenience, we would still wholeheartedly recommend your hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Your personal touch and genuine care have made a lasting impression on us, and we wish you continued success in the future.

Great rooms and service Near to the airport and they provide pick up and drop service with cost (300). Rooms and facilities are good. Breakfast was also okay nothing to complaint. Staff was supportive. Met the owner of the property and he was also cooperative and guided with few questions and really generous person.

The hotel management does not honor Booking-com reservations. They claim that an advance payment is not necessary on the booking site, but upon booking a room, an immediate message prompts payment of an advance. Despite having a defined credit card on Booking-com, the hotel insists on payment outside the platform. This creates difficulties for foreign tourists who may not have the means to make payments outside the booking site. Unfortunately, attempts to communicate with them, such as through chat, are often unsuccessful, leading to the cancellation of bookings without proper consideration. It is advisable to exercise caution when dealing with this hotel.

We were three (family); rooms were neat, clean and spacious. staffs were supportive and helpful. Breakfast was decent and close to airport. Major negative is the approach road to the hotel; narrow and scary. Lack of elevator will be difficult for elderly people. The stay was overall comfortable due to cleanliness, close to airport and supportive staff. It’s highly recommendable due to cleanliness, service and prices.
