Recently I stayed for 2 days with my family. The room that I got was quite nice and staff/Manager were all very helpful. Complimentary breakfast as well as other snacks that we ordered were also very nice. The location was also nice as it's close to a big ground which was visible from our room window.

We were a group of 35 family members, booked hotel for 2 days. We chose this hotel as we had a good experience with them in 2017. About Staff- This time it was a shock for us. They have lost their staff, was managed by a group of rookies, who doesnt know how to talk to a guest. Day manager or night manager (Ali) both are non talkable. They will reply in such a tone that u would want to walk out of hotel instantly. About Rooms- Rooms were in worse condition- not maintained well, torn or stained bedsheets and towels. They really have no housekeeping. No cleaning will be done if you spill smthing after 6pm, as their staff is gone. Towels will come only after 12pm or they will say we had given u towels already, use the same one. About Food- 1. They outrightly said no to provide crockery for food ordered from outside, while this was not in their policy. Reason was who will wash the crockery. 2. No room service orders taken after 10.30pm. 3.They served breakfast to us, not for 35 ppl. 1 idli per person🤣 controlling our diet. They served only idli and chatni, chef forgot to cook the sambar. This hotel is not worth the money you spend or rating u see on different platforms. Book at ur own risk. Treebo should fire all the staff and do a thorough audit of how this entity is run by rookies and offer better services with new staff.

disgusting.... Ohhh god from where do i start its horrible for any couple.. The management of the hotel is terrible... right after we entered in the hotel for check in they cant even find our booking.. then after found out..that guy asked a most bizzare question..whats the relationship with my legally wedded husband.. he needs to see the proof..we are not carrying it like personal ID.. but whyyy we need to even proof our relationship.. even if we are not married.. its completely okk now to travel with your partner.. we are adults and both of have great professional life.. in 2023 and moreover in kolkata like city he asked something really cheap question.. anyways overall its bad experience not couple friendly at all.. we have to book immediately another hotel in double price and in heavy rain we have to travel again... One word GHATIYA... hope it will help some people..

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
