The Location Of The Hotel Is Good Very Close to The Main Market , Rooms Are Average, But Services And Staff Is Great, One Of the Staff Named Saeed Was Very Kind, Polite And Helpfull Throughout Our Vacation, Cab Facilities And Cab Driver Sunil Was Also Good, Would Like To Recommend If They Work On Their Rooms Everything Else Was Great🙌

The ratings given to Hillway Inn are very deceptive. It's located in a slum area with no proper drive way for 4 wheelers, as the lanes are very narrow and congested and not enough parking facility. The rooms are just average. A little doubtful if the bed linens are changed when new guest arrives because I did find them fresh. The staff are very polite. That was the only positive part. The original rate card of 8000 is just not worth and I paid 3600 after discount as they claim! This pricing is also absolutely not worth for the property. Not more than 2000 per night is only what should be applicable for this property. You open your room window you see slum, you come out of room you see slum through the lobby window, you walk though slum street! Have pasted few photographs

It was really good. We actually traveled exactly during Christmas where prices were sky rocketed. But they gave us usual price. Their ambience was really good. Their food was homemade taste. We had many delicious food in many places but we could not feel home touch. But I don't know how they prepared. It was awesome. The hotel is in centre point if mahabaleshwar easy for traveling. They also provide cab facility. Rooms were neat and their ambience is pretty good.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
