Rooms are just OK and does not justify it's price. Bedsheets were not clean enough and was torn also. I also saw cockroaches on their cutlery, informed them about it. Hope they solve it very soon. Service is good. Location is great. Lingmala waterfall is about 3kms. Safe for family but no entertainment for kids. Pool was clean.

Rooms are neat and clean. Bathroom is spacious. However, the swimming pool is very small and the entire hotel area is congested for Parking. The top floors have balcony which is Good. Breakfast is Good but needs quick service as the opening time is after 8.30am which is too late.

I stayed here just before Christmas this week and my experience was wonderful. The services and cleanliness that we get in the given price is justified. Location is just perfect for the people with own car. I will stay here in my next visit as well !!!!

The actual scene is way too different than it is shown in the profile/webiste. Do NOT go on pictures! Washroom was dirty, room was stinky. And swimming pool is just for sake of having one! No proper parking arrangements. Restaurant was un-organized and Breakfast was 👎🏻(while in every hotel you avail for breakfast pack basics like Dosa/omlette are not charged, whereas here it was charged). These all factors made us checkout one day before. Basic amenities like shower cap, kit including soap, lotion, etc was missing. While checkout, bills from some other rooms were tagged on us. Overall a VERY PATHETIC experience!

Location is nice, rooms are quite big and clean ,food is ok ok ,but service was very very poor. Recently we had been here.It was not good experience. Very untrained staff! And the most horrible thing is their mattress.They need to maintain such a basic thing. This mattress are so much in bad condition that one can definitely experience full body pain next day. Also we asked to have morning tea in the room, but their staff had denied it and said when you came for breakfast, at that time you'll get it there. So unprofessional! Also at the time of dinner, they served us food and after that there was no one to attend us. We wanted to order more phulka but to whom we tell?. They should train their staff. They don't have basic etiquette. Not recommended 👎!!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
