This place is a basic lodge converted into Treebo name. The good- 1. Very good staff, always helpful, polite. 2. Anything is available which they can do. 3. Food was tasty. Must try Kadhai paneer. 4. As per the cost food quantity was good. 5. Morning breakfast was not fancy but whatever they served was tasty and good. 6. Location and views very good. The Bad- 1. Hot water only available during limited time. 2. Food preperation takes a lot of time I guess they prepare fresh. So it took good 40 mins to get dinner served. Order in advance. 3. We had to get room changed because the there was some damage. Cleaning was at par basic. Don't expect much. 4. Very small place so not much place to park the car. 5. Property has no amenities as mentioned on Google or as advertised. Pool was not maintained. No games or anything available. If luxury is what you are expecting then don't go for it. If budget travel is your holiday ideal then this place is for you. At Max 2k a night.

Very Pathetic experience I stayed at Kuber Palace for 2 nights on the long weekend of Christmas Rooms- VERY POORLY MAINTAINED NOT CLEANED BATHROOM CLOGGING NO WATER GEYSER NO WIFI OVERALL VERY POOR SERVICE - EQUALLY BAD Complimentary breakfast - Ok types Cost-I paid 12k for 2 nights. Since it was Christmas weekend, it was on the very high side, but considering the rooms and services it was 3 times higher Suggestions- DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL rather go for some less expensive hotel which will give exactly the same things which Kuber Palace is giving Advise for Treebo- If you are not providing any amenities, please don't mention in the booking page. Please be aware of consumer rights and consumer forums. Your app doesn't have any provision for rating the hotel. Pathetic experience

Not a value for money option. This is not a 3 star property as is advertised, not sure how this is under the treebo banner. This is a basic lodge kind of place converted to a treebo. The room had a musty smell and the duvet covers were torn. The air conditioner switch is placed externally so that the hotel staff can regulate its usage. Breakfast provided is a namesake with 2 dishes and some bread and a fruit. The restaurant is a roof covered with asbestos sheets; menu is a long list with less than 50% availability.

Amazing hotel. We stayed in deluxe room. Room and Washroom was clean and hygienic and also spacious. There is also valley view. Breakfast was tasty. Location is plus point near lingmala waterfall & just 5/6 km far away from Mahabaleshwar. Staff is very polite & friendly, specially the manager Nilesh he is very cooperative & great person also chandrakant kaka, mangesh & nagesh also helpful. Enough parking space. Overall highly recommended if you’re staying with your family. Thanks and will visit again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
