I recently stayed at this hotel for Rs 7000+ per night, and the experience fell short of expectations. The lack of clear directions, narrow access routes, and distant location from the main market make reaching the hotel a challenge, particularly during the year-end rush. The absence of nearby dining options compounds the issue, as going out for dinner becomes an arduous task due to heavy Ooty evening traffic. The challenging terrain rules out walking to eateries. The hotel's dining facilities disappoint as well. The food quality is subpar, leading to upset stomachs. The cafeteria staff lacks professionalism, and hygiene standards are notably inadequate, with old and unclean plates and cutlery. In conclusion, given the high cost, the hotel fails to provide a satisfactory stay. Management should address these issues promptly to improve the guest experience and justify their premium rates.

I spent a night at this place with my wife during our bike trip. My wife liked this place & especially liked the view. The staff are very polite and friendly, and even helped me after our stay. As for food, it's limited, yes. But they are good.

Stayed for 3 nights. Room & toilet were spacious, clean & neat. Had a pleasant mountain view from room. Staffs were polite & good. Only disappointment was breakfast with less & same items (idly & rava semiya or idly & upma) but food tasted excellent esp loved the sambar.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights as I had payed before . This is not actually a hotel or a resort..it is like a lodge .My experience was really very bad.All bedsheets have spots and small whole …blankets and blanket covers are smelly ..I found a very big spider in my room.Breakfast options are extremely very limited only idly ,Sambar or one more item and that only for 1 hour(8.30-9.30).Hot water comes only 8- 10 a.m.I will not recommend this hotel anymore.I booked deluxe room combo which has really damp smell. But the manager was good.He tried to help as much possible as he could other than my experience was really bad.

We did not have a pleasant stay at this property. It was far away from the main road. Rooms were not clean, the bathroom was too small to take a proper shower, bed sheets were not clean. Rooms were expensive too when compared with other similar properties. Not recommended.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
