Hotel located just few metres from Mall road. Best part is one can reach Mall road/city centre by walk without any difficulty. The walk goes through Kali Bari temple( one of oldest temples) and Museum which are must to visit. Decent food. Rooms have basic amenities ( not to expect much).

No room services.. Even during check in room and bedsheets are not cleaned. Nothing is on time, also no bathroom essentials like shampoo, body wash or soap were not provided. Food is half cooked, no tissues provided. Room heater is making full noise which again charged extra 400 per day. I will not recommend to stay here..

3.8/5 Choose the maple room if you're coming with family, as that only has good space & view. Other rooms are only for friends trip. There is no central Aircon. So heater rod will be given. Norm facilities don't expect anything great , neither it's very rudimentary. Hence just 3.8. 4 stars would be can go eyes closed.

Clean and reasonably well situated. Just be prepared for a steep walk uphill. Rooms where very cold in Mars, but on the upside you will not miss the lack of a refrigerator. Just leave drinks out in the room. The Double Deluxe rooms have a very good view. Other rooms, I suspect has no or bad views. Breakfast is basic but ok.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
