NOT WORTH THE MONEY THEY ARE CHARGING. Substandard food, cockroaches roaming on breakfast table, hot water available only between 6 am to 11 am that too with very less force. Only positive thing is that a few of the staff members are polite and helpful and rooms have a good view from the balcony but it’s not worth the rest of the mess. Seems like all the positive reviews are fake!

The REVIEWS are totally MISLEADING. The approach to the property is quite steep for cars, with hardly any signages for direction from the main road. All rooms are atleast a floor climb on stairs ONLY from the entrance. Not suitable for senior citizens at all. The entrance itself is quite pathetic. The bed linens are not changed after guests leave. I found filth and makeup on the sheets. The tea kettle had cockroaches lurking inside it and there was hair in the food during lunch. It is NOT AT ALL WORTH the PRICE they charge. We got a substandard room with no view even though we booked delux room with breakfast. We ended up not having breakfast as I was keen to leave it as soon as possible. There is construction going right next to the balcony so lots of dust flying around. Overall our holiday that was supposed to be relaxing turned into a nightmare. Our driver was refused even the use of restroom for a overnight stay. I regret booking this property and won't rely on TripAdvisor again for recommendations.

It was a nice experience in mountain retreat. The rooms were clean, the staff were supportive. We included breakfast in our package. So even if you were late they call you and also come to your room for reminding you. Rohan from the service staff were very kind.

Had visited with my Family for a weekend trip. Will divide my experience in pros & cons for better understanding # Pros: - Rooms are good in size and airy too. - View from the balcony is good. - Prices are reasonable for the location. - Breakfast provided is good in terms of variety and taste. # Cons - Location is a bit eye sore. Considering the entrance of the hotel is so very steep and there is no proper signage to under where exactly the hotel is located. The hotel is so good overall but the entrance is just an eye sore which is not suitable for senior citizens nor for small cars. I just hope the hotel management finds a good solution for this. - Food provided for lunch and dinner is veg which doens't taste that good and is expensive so i would suggest to buy food from outside. - Staff is bit lazy. Have to inform them atleast twice to get things done. Not often but at times u can feel that they are hesitant to do things at the first instant. - Location too far from center.

The hotel stay was quite pleasant. Rooms are spacious and neat. Breakfast was good. The only recommendation I have is that because the climate here is colder, hot water should be available 24/7 or twice daily instead of just in the morning.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
