The service and rooms are good and clean. Only that each room has only two plug points making it difficult to charge multiple gadgets together. The washroom is fully functional with hooks and towel rings. The only grouse is the lack of platform or stand space to place personal toiletries. The place is quaint and scenic. Would've loved if there was an in-house restaurant, though nearby hotels deliver and serve food here through menus kept in the rooms. All in all a good stay for a night.

Worst Experience ever. They can cancel booking on their own. When you reach the place they easily say that they cancelled your booking. They don't care from how far you have travelled. After visiting the location of this place we realised that this hotel is an open scam. It is located in a slum. Terrible ambiance. Negative vibe. We immediately left the property. Stay away from such properties.

Good place to say in quiet surrounding, just six rooms in a row, little inside from road and very near to famous Mapro Garden.Rooms are having AC, toilets, small verhanda, all maintained clean, but miss hot water kettel .room service for tea bf starts at 8 am .all food catering sourced from outside. Good for short stay.

Have been here 2 times now. Location is bit secluded but reachable. The owner lives adjacent to the property and his dogs are your very own private security. The property is under CCTV surveillance and is very secured. Food is home made, requires time to get delivered but is totally worth the wait. Considering the budget it's very suitable for friends and family even solo travellers won't have any issues here whosoever. Great experience overall

It's walking distance from Mapro Garden. Nice place to stay but service is not good. They wouldn't provide kettle, tea bags or any facility if want to have tea. Breakfast was good and tasty.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
