        Hoping I make these reviews more often…. I stayed here for two nights. Am gonna make this short and easy. 1. The rooms are pretty decent for the price you give. 2. The service and booking is easy as well. Just call the number and book. 3. The room could be a little more cleaner in terms of cockroaches problem. There are these baby ones which are really not good to have so I wish this is taken care of. 4. Please make the breakfast options a little interesting and don't make it for the heck of making it please. Add some more options and make it a little more tasty. 5. Add a few things like room freshener which could enhance the stay better for customers. Do you have to choose this stay? You could. The location is Fab.. You have so many good options near by. Go for it. But keep other options open or explore other places too. Cheers

        The stay here was nice. It would be better to add a couple more tables to the breakfast buffet area. And smoking area/table, it's right in front of the entrance. The strong smell of smoke is always there even when no one is smoking there. It would be great if that smoking zone is changed to someplace else.

        The hotel is located very conveniently in egmore Casa major road. Propert looks well maintained and sevuce js good with decent response from staffs on queries. No complains here Rooms are basic with decent amenities. Looks clean and cleaning services is done daily. All good till here . BUT. It's not kept hygienical. There were a lot of cockroaches coming out of the wooden panels in the night.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
