Am sure the positive reviews are from the staff itself, cause in reality we faced something else after reaching the location for stay Concerns Summary: 1. Facility Discrepancies: - Lack of amenities (intercom, kettle) as advertised. - Safety issues due to no attached restaurant and a broken window panel. - Attached balcony rooms are limited (only 3) - Garden & passage shown in the image are all under construction in reality. 2. Hygiene Issues: - Unhygienic bathroom conditions. Sink is stinking, no handsoap or shampoo provided, lump of hair stuck in the drainage. - Non-provision of promised geyser; inconvenient hot water schedule. - Insufficient towels for a family of four. (They initially suggested that no extra bed will be provided & to manage with single towel as they go by one room one towel rule) - Cupboards are so filthy that you wont feel like unloading your cloths there or keep any stuff. 3. Staff Behavior: - Receptionist displayed rudeness when approached for basic services. 4. Room Conditions: - Furniture covered in dust and food particles. - Inadequate lighting, difficulty in locating the light switch. - TV can be accessed as they have not paid for any package 5. Safety Concerns: - Broken window panel poses a safety risk, especially with construction overhead. - The hinges of the doors were weak & locks were on the verge of breaking 6. Food Services: - Unsatisfactory breakfast service, including uncooked food and unclean tea kettle. - Timed breakfast availability, not before 8:30 a.m. These issues collectively raise serious concerns about the overall quality and safety of the stay experience.

Room is decent but felt like price was yoo high when compared to other places in the town. There is no backup generator and breakfast was below average. I asked for hot water to take bath and i didn't get that even after one hour

One of the worst hotels in panchagani.They will disconnect water and power supply with out informing for pure cost cutting purpose.Break fast served was I believed they have bought from local cheap telawallas.We stayed there for 3 days there was not even time we had room service.Staffs were more reluctant in watching phones and abusing each other.So please avoid this at any cost.These guys are looters.

There was no WiFi as they said tree branch had fallen, no hot water supply as they have only solar systems and its very natural that in rainy season hot water from solar water system will be just Luke warm. The recharge of TV was expired when we asked they said that they will check,but nothing was done and they just ignored. Last but not the least there were lizards in room and Earthworm in washroom. Thats really very strange and pathetic service.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
