I'm writing his review for the benefit for those who are planning to opt this property for stay in Bangalore. I had a very horrible experience here during my stay. The room allocated to me (fourth floor) sans basic cleanliness and looks very shabby (It reminds me on typical lodge setup of early 90's :D). The bed rolls/linens were dirty and I had to request to Treebo central call center for assistance. Toilet/ Room was unclean and not sure they clean it once in 2 weeks. AC remote control is not working and cooling cant be adjusted (that spoiled my sleep as well). There were food used food plates outside the room and was smelling (I had to give some tips to the boy to get it removed).. Overall my stay was spoiled by Paul's inn, Think twice before booking.

At first I like the hotel and the location. So me and friends we decided to book the hotel for the second time and this incident took place last year 2022, I had gone out with my friends and came back to hotel around 12am, we partied and was tipsy barely managed to get to the corridor though I was tipsy I was still conscious so I vividly remember my friend went to reception to call the whoever night shift was on the that night and she came along with him. My friend pulled me from the corridor, right side was my friend and the other side was that reception guy dragging me to the room, instead of dragging me he touched me inappropriately he thought I was drunk so I wouldn’t noticed, at the very moment I shouted at him to which he replied “you’re drunk, so you’re just blabbering” it was very easy for him to say that *this incident couldn’t be recorded as it happened inside the room*. The next morning I told to the another guy named Abin who was very understandable he made me talk to the guy over the call who assaulted me instead of apologising he had the audacity to tell me that I’m just accusing him. Why would I accuse him? If I wanted to accuse him I would’ve done that on our first stay. ‘‘Twas the worst experience of my life.

Extremely Pathetic Hotel, A clear waste of money. The hotel room is different then showed online and is dirty too, bug and insects all over with a super slow room service and no facilities. The bathroom goes out of water, tv has no connection and what not. Never book at all 😡🤬😤

1. Room were stinky as hell. Very very stinky bathroom as well 2. Room telephone was not working, kettle was not working. Had to call from the lobby but still no response 3. Service was third class. I asked for towels and it was not prvided. 4. No hot water in the bathroom and The toilet seat was leaking. Had to take a cold shower 5. In breakfast, either the sambhar was too spicy or the milk tea were extremely sweet almost inedible. Overall not at all worth for 2900₹ with trash service and room quality. Also the lift didnt work properly and felts like it would malfunction at any time and fall down. Dont go by the reception its beautiful but the room is very bad. And another customer had the same complaint.

Reasonable for the price, rooms are spacious and generally clean.. minor inconveniences, but resolved by staff. However there are cockroaches, be careful.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
