The rooms were spotless. The bed was really comfy, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The hotel is in an excellent position, with easy access to local activities and food options. The superb breakfast spread served each morning was a highlight feature - a great way to start the day. Throughout my stay, the attention to detail in ensuring a great visitor experience was clear. This hotel is highly recommended to anyone looking for a comfortable and inviting place to stay. It exceeded my expectations, and I will most certainly return on my next trip to the area.

The hotel is located in a clean area, 12 km from the airport and 7 km from the famous Marina beach. The best part is all the good restaurants, cafes and bakeries are within walking distance, so would enjoy the place. About the hotel, rooms in the photos are shown bright but the actual rooms are dark and smelly. Rooms should be well ventilated.

Stayed here for just one night and it was a pleasant stay. It is an apartment complex and the room was one bedroom with attached bathroom in a 3 bedroom apartment. We had booked 2 rooms and both were in the same apartment. The apartment has a kitchen space, dining area and a living area with sofas. Both the rooms has balconies. The bathroom is spacious and clean. The shower gel and hand wash are provided in dispenser bottles. There were 2 bath towels. No dental kit was available. Room is not very spacious and it has a small working desk and office chair. A small single door wardrobe with safe is also available. More than enough for a work related travel or even for a short stay with family. The best part was the complimentary breakfast. Simple food but very very delicious and served hot and fresh. Location is very good and is right in the middle of a peaceful yet happening place. Will surely recommend.

If you are a bachelor and looking for a place to crash, let me save you the trouble of this absolute disaster of a place. For context: we booked a room for a night as a couple and initially the website nor the hotel spoke anything wrt discretion on admission based on your relationship nor your residence. When I entered the hotel, I was greeted with a cold reply stating that couples are not allowed based on their so called policy against giving rooms for couples. It is disturbing to note that they did not let me speak to their supervisor and they seemed rather rude. When confronted with their biased and unprofessional approach towards such guests, they were rude and seemed quite disrespectful. I was bid farewell with crocodile tears. This is a very serious issue Treebo ought to understand that in times where the relationships are recognised all over the country and upheld by courts, they cannot behave in such an unprofessional manner and deny access to these places citing the reason “because our policy says so”. If so, it is high time Treebo takes a cognitive action against the same and cannot, should not under no circumstances deny the right to their customers. Customers, beware of such rouge places in your neighbourhood!

Any person looking for hotel to have a pleasant sleep but its not possible with the beds in Treebo....horrible beds, non-working AC, Rusty bathroom accessories, smelly bed sheets, yellowish towels , dusty door mats, Worst breakfast in my life, wifi with snail speed...its very very worst experience in my life....even the lodges are maintaing good ambience now a days....pls donot trust the earlier review....might be those are fake reviews arranged by the management....dont choose this hotel....

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
