Rooms are spacious but costly. But except for complementary breakfast this lodge has no built in restaurant, even for a cup of coffee or tea one has to go out to the streets. Horrible, no room service is provided except for midday cleaning of dust bins. The complex is poorly understaffed. The location is however well connected to the boat jetty, beach and railway station. Good for sleep and wash - not for rest and food! Because one has to drive out in search of food outside...

Horrible experience. Visit at your own risk. No hot water. No one understands English properly so you have to tell very clearly multiple times about your issues. Sink has very small flow, not even enough to wash/rinse mouth. Also the staff that came to check in the hot water issue came inside with his dirty shoes on in the Bathroom. Didn't fix it and left his size 8 shoe marks that we only cleaned. Pathetic, horrible and ignorant. Food I haven't tested yet, will update this review if food is any good Edit: Dinner was even horrible. No buffet for dinner. Breakfast was good and buffet was there. Don't order fish curry here, it's a disaster recipe. Overall, looking at other reviews, some reviews resonate with my experience and some are very good. So I assume it's just a matter of dumb luck about what kind of service you'll get here

Very good budget hotel at a good central location. The rooms are bog and very hygienic. The staff is very efficient. Breakfast menu was decent. Would recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Alleppey.

Our choice of Treebo Tryst Palmyra Milford as the venue for our wedding reception was absolutely perfect. The hotel's reception facilities, particularly the banquet hall, left us and our guests in awe with its elegant décor. The staff, from the event coordinator Mr. Thomas to the servers, were consummate professionals who ensured our special day went off without a hitch. The exceptional service, attention to detail, and commitment to guest satisfaction were truly impressive. Moreover, the catering was a highlight, with our guests raving about the quality and deliciousness of the food. Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
