Don't book this hotel as hotel people are worthless service quality horrible don't know what to speak with guest. The door locks don't work. They provide non-maintained rooms at 3-star prices. For half an hour extension they are forcing customers to pay full day rent as if they are five star property. They are nothing but scammers

Our group of 9 persons taken 4 rooms stay 23 and 24 Jan 2024. Rooms are very smalls and washrooms were very dirty and no necessary asseries were provided there. Towels were not good. Hot water switch in their control and could not get hot water in some rooms even repeated request. Overalls our experience staying there not good.

We stayed here in 2019 and it was a great experience. Back then it has clean rooms and bathrooms. This time (2023), the hygiene level has significantly gone down and the rooms and bathrooms look worn. The location is closer to the airport which is a huge plus but I would not recommend it anymore. The price is cheaper but that's not good enough if the property is not maintained well.

I had a highly disappointing stay at Treebo Hotel. The entire experience was marred by total mismanagement. The rooms were shockingly unclean, requiring multiple requests for cleaning, which was an inconvenience. Moreover, the geyser was non-functional, and even the key card provided didn't work properly. My initial plan was to stay for a full five days, but due to the consistent disappointment and discomfort, I had no choice but to cut my stay short and leave after just two days. This level of service and lack of basic facilities were far below what I expected from a reputed hotel chain like Treebo. Improvement in their maintenance and service quality is urgently needed.

Very small room. The photos are completely misleading. The washroom shown in the pics for the room we booked is fake. There is no shower room at all though after the booking it clearly shows a shower room for the standard room we booked. But there is no such thing. After asking multiple times also they did not provide any towels and didn't even turn on the geyser. Very poor service. The location was good and the room was clean but don't expect what you see in the photos or the amenities mentioned coz you are not got to get anything. Disappointed with Make my trip bookings.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
