It was nice experience hotel rooms are not that big but they're good enough... They're clean and as it's treebo there signature hand wash and body wash was there....it was nice.. And yeah I'm just one thing I was there for 2 days and I got same breakfast so yeah this part needs some improvement... And yeah they're giving water bottle for 25 so keep that in mind in case it'll affect you ... Happy travelling 😊.

Only the lady cleaners and the service boy are hard working! Other than them no one was interested a bit in doing their duties properly! We requested one of the receptionists to fix our room exhaust, instead of fixing it he was shouting that guests do not switch off the fan usually so the fan should not be fixed! And for that reason we had to suffer all the days without the exhaust fan! There were some other incidents of inconveniences like this as well! Not recommended at all!

Rainbow grand hotel situated in Rama talkies near CMR Central Mall invited which is heard of the town of vizag This is the best hotel under budget to stay here and also Srinivas sir is best guide of Visakhapatnam The staff is very much friendly and also the rooms are clean and nice

Room no 203. Hygiene was okayish, the towels look very old, the sheets are not very fresh. Most importantly, the ac didn't work well. We checked in quite late (around 11pm) so we were too tired to get the service person to look at it. But, such things should be checked in advance. The bathroom is reasonably clean.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
