Pathetic place. It’s built next to a gutter. No network in the room, no service at all. Bogus amenities provided in description. The whole place is under construction. Refrain from booking, there are many other Hotels available. The Orchid is not even a hotel. Even hostels provide a better service. We had already paid but after we saw the place, we left. The so called owner spoke very rudely and began arguing, defending the lack of services being provided. A very horrible experience. Don’t believe in the fake “good” reviews. Was raining when we got there, water had been flooded the corridor. Not a place for family. Had paid ₹4000 and the rowdy individual forced us to pay more since we were not staying. Horrible experience. Hope it doesn’t happen with anyone else, or someday it’ll be taken down by another influential person.

After much research, decided to book this for an overnight stay. Place was hard to find as there was no boards near the road. Shubham who was taking care of the property, was very courteous and helpful. The room is pretty good with a balcony and good view. The only problem we the bathroom. Lot of insects enter and feels really weird to use

Most amazing hotel, The service and attention paid to guest was excellent, Convenient Location just a short walk from Main Road and very close to Veena Lake, Pleasant place.. Friendly staff like family, Me and my husband were there for almost 3 nights and we really enjoyed staying there and were quite sad to leave.. . Shubham has attended us very well 😊 I will suggest my friends and family to visit there..

Basic rooms which was clean and ok for night stays. Property will not have any amenties except for the TV in the room. Host / Owners are very friendly and helpful. Parking could have been better. Highlight is that it is pretty close to Venna lake and u have good food options very close by.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
