We stayed for 2 day's. Stay was very nice. Rooms were spacious and clean. Hotel is light on your pocket however service is good. They don't have restaurant however you can order food and good veg restaurant are in 1 km proximity. Palace and temple is around 8 kms from hotel. Would definitely recommend it if you are looking for affordable and nice place . Breakfast serve was very homely.

I had a wonderful experience at RJ Residency—the rooms were immaculate, and the hotel is conveniently located within 10-15 kilometers of various tourist attractions like the palace, zoo, and Chamundi Hills. The staff were enthusiastic about guiding us to these destinations and addressing our questions. The complimentary breakfast was decent. As they order food from external sources, there might be slight delays in room meal service.

We stayed at RJ RESIDENCY for 3 nights.. The room was neat and service was very good.. there is a bar next building but we dinve any discomfort because of that. If you are going to the room directly without roaming outside late night,the bar nearby is of no issues. When we stayed, Wifi and TV were not working. The room service people immediately bought extra coffee powders or sugar or anything we asked for. They charged extra for room delivered coffee and water and milk.. You can order food from room as they've a restaurant.. You also have two restaurants nearby. We had complimentary breakfast which was very homely. Water ✓ Hot water ✓ Wifi and TV X ( u can ask them on call prior booking) Room service ✓ Towel 1✓ Parking ✓ Kettle ✓ Toiletries✓ Overall, a good stay place.

You can't sleep peacefully here as doors are not noise cancellation. when each door opens or close in that floor, you can here every time and full discussions you can hear. NOT QUITE AT ALL. Worst experience staying here and it's early morning am so frustrated and no hot water available too🤢 Coffee was worst. In this beautiful city I had unpleasant experience with this stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
