Hotel staff is very helpful and cooperative. Rooms are quite big and clean. However, bathrooms need some renovation. But since they were clean didn't face any problem. All the places are easily approachable. Will recommend this hotel for a economic and peaceful stay.

Will not recommend any one to come here. Very poor customer service. No proper staff way of talking No invoice properly giving to customer Staff takes 30 mins to give invoice Manager arugument with customers and talk rude. No inhouse breakfast facility. Dirty rooms. Dirty towels. No timly breakfast. Spoken for breakfast at 7.30. but did not got breakfast till 8.20am. left without breakfast. AC not working. Pillow are so dirty. Pan split are all over room. All parameters poor rating.

Very disappointing. The room was dirty. Walls were stained. Bedsheets was not changed. Toilet fittings were leaking and rusty. No water in bathroom. The toilet seat were dirty. No room service. Asked for extra mattress but they didn't bother to give. The drawers were full of cigarette buds which was shocking as J travelled with my kids. I booked it online with non refundable by paying very high price thinking it would be good. But totally waste of money. The owner was a politician and was least bothered about customer satisfaction. Make my trip non refundable policy is a scam. Take a bit of hassle but book offline only.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
