DON'T BOOK THIS HOTEL. I booked it for my family 1) Hotel staff are highly arrogant, use bad word while speaking and as you are help less and no where to go and money already paid, you will not have any option. 2) Electric appliances not working In cold weather they tell u excuse like "this appliances just got disfuction " (They assure u it is available but it will not) 3) room are not ventilated 4) very poor food quality 5) treebo helpline not helpful in solving grivences 6) no good restaurant near 7) waste of money(add some money and book other hotel will prevent you mood from getting spoiled)

I just booked 13 rooms and the bedsheet and pillow covers are not cleaned and i inform it to the owner and they tell me that they cant clean if we want to clean we need to do it ourselves and the owner harrased me and shouted me

The rooms are not ventilated. Bathrooms are average. We were duped of money as we went directly offline without checking prices. So they took almost 1000 extra from us. Breakfast was tasteless and below average. If there is no other option available for stay, then you could go there. Staff is helpful though.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
