Rooms are good, location is great. only issue with hotel is the service and cleanliness. Day 1, (24th Jan 24, room no 504) I have reported about the shower is bot working but entire day they did nothing and next day they changed the room when I reportedly following up. Bowls are in the dining area is too much dirty. requesting management to check the same. Both inner and opposite sides are dirty. Even common Wash Basin of Dining area is also dirty. They offered complementary breakfast for all the guests, I think they suppose to have some salt in the dining area, however after asking they unable to provide the same. No tea coffee sachets are offered in the rooms however same is provided after follow up. Further the cost they charged, location and rooms are very good in this budget. Only they need to focus on service and cleanliness.

Good room and location only . Service was pathetic. They gave key to go to room and room boys were called after we told about luggage. Noone to take luggage from ground floor to 1st floor where reception is situated Restaurant not available, morning coffee not available, only one water bottle for a room of 3 people. Except security guard, noone wished us for a happy stay or visit again

The location of the property is very nice ,nearer to RK beach .rooms are good but one can notice houseflies and small ants every where. Service is not soo great .they won't put wet mop to the floor, we need to ask soaps and water bottles everyday at bench office .it seems they doesn't know what is floor mat in front of bathroom .morning breakfast is boring .Over all my 4 days of stay , I enjoyed much as per prime location wise and transportation for sight seeing.treebo should check my review and I hope they will make better day by day 🙏.

Pro: Very helpful staff, you will feel like home. Ask for anything they are cooperative Nice location Room size is good Cons: Flies are present they need to use racket to kill them inside room but that is general problem in vizag Front beach which is nearby little bit dirty due to drain water going into sea.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
