Don't go by the 3-star hotel thing in Google or other sides. It's not even a 1-star hotel. They just built up some rooms to fit beds and bathroom and marketing it as a hotel. The corridors are too small and we can hear people talking outside so clearly and it keeps disturbing you. To start with the room, mosquitoes welcome you along with Soiled bed linen. They look too old and brown instead of white. Even the towels look the same and feel too hard and are not usable. The AC exist in the room but are too tired overworking without service as it doesn't let you sleep peacefully due to its heavy sound and continuous flashing of E2 code (which means either the internal fan blower is damaged or needs servicing). The rooms are below average size and are roughly around a 100sft with barely walkable space with beds and furniture lying around the room. For the 1000+ price point, I would definitely not recommend this place.

Average sized rooms and bathroom. We even booked a family room but two separate beds were put together, still it was ok. We booked two rooms, both were the same two separate beds. The rooms were clean, but the towels provided were a little faded. Overall a good stay. Booked the rooms through their customer care, got for a better price.

I staying 2 days in this Hotel Small sized Rooms cleaning is good but not provided Soaps and Shampoo only available gel and Complimentary breakfast Idle Vada and other one item all foods are catering. It's not hotel only Residency...

i would like to suggest everyone to don't go by the treebo brand. Probably it's one of the worst property what they have in their list. Frustration start with a) The location is inaccurate/improper—very tiny streets, and even if you reach a nearby location, you won't be able to locate the property. b) I booked a king-size bed but received two single beds. c) Mosquitoes are there to warmly welcome you. d) There's no privacy—I can easily hear my neighboring guests gossiping. e) The AC should be renamed "Accountable to not working." f) The geyser only works after 6 AM. I need to visit the temple by 6 PM, so I have to take a cold shower. g) Completemery breakfast available and it's only itdli, dosa and vada h) Kitchen is not available therefore if you need tea even either you need to request hotel guy to bring from outside which cost 20/- whereas outside it's having only 10/- costing

The hotel is neat and clean. It's a new building. The location is a little bit tricky but walkable from the APSRTC bus stand. Complimentary Breakfast available in the morning, no restaurants attached to the property but zomato and swiggy are available. Nutshell, the stay was good.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
