not a single review for this resort. Shockingly, the resort lacked a basic first aid kit, leaving guests vulnerable in case of emergencies. Despite expressing concerns, the staff displayed a dismissive and indifferent attitude towards the absence of essential safety provisions. Requests for assistance were met with rude behavior, creating an uncomfortable and unwelcoming environment. The lack of empathy from the staff heightened the distress caused by the inadequate safety measures. It is unacceptable that a resort, aiming to provide a secure environment, neglects such fundamental aspects of guest well-being. The dismissive attitude towards safety concerns reflected a concerning lack of professionalism and guest care. The staff's indifference to the absence of a first aid kit conveyed a lack of preparedness and consideration for guests' welfare. Instead of addressing concerns, the staff's rude behavior only exacerbated the sense of insecurity among guests. A resort should prioritize the safety and comfort of its guests, and the evident lack of a first aid kit and poor behavior cast serious doubts on its commitment to these principles. In light of these issues, I strongly advise potential guests to consider the resort's lack of safety measures and unprofessional staff behavior before choosing to stay.

I am from England and i booked the online . I booked the two rooms. Hotel is very rubbish and dirty- smelly rooms not clean. Rubbish and rude customer service. Hotel staff manager and waiter's very rude and useless. Food quality in restaurant is not good and not hygienic , not safe to eat anything there. If you any complain the hotel staff they're rude and ignore you and very rough. Without using any extra service they charge me extra charge in my account. Hotel management is cheating you 😒 so carefull. Spoil my family holiday and completely wasting my money they're cheater ... 😡 😡 😡

Rooms are good with AC,air purifier, comfy beds but not at treebo standards.cupboard is fall over person when opens and is small..no hangers in cupboard...no body wash in toilet instead medimix 5rs soaps are kept...dustbin s not working....taps are old...toilet lock is stuck as it's old ...it took time to open and come out.. overall it's not really good experience like before in treebo hotels.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
