Its an Okay hotel for its price. The view is nice if you take frontside room. You can reach hotel with your own vehicle but the parking space is on slope and very limited. The road leading to the hotel is narrow but totally safe. The google map doesn't take you to the hotel correctly. The hotel is around 2-3 km away from the mall road. The hotel construction is quite old and its wooden flooring and interior decoration gives you heritage feeling. Overall its a good and recommended hotel in a decent bugdet.

It's close to Mall or hub of Shimla. It's small hotel but considering a busy tourist destination like Shimla, it's decent, budget hotel. Access from main road is not easy, but they have all services. They have limited breakfast options. Hotel staffs are helpful.

Ok service Food was horrible. Not tasty at all. Location is very bad quite far from mall road . Very difficult connectivity to mall road Rooms are very stuffy can't breathe not a good place for asthmatics! Rooms didn't hv even soap . They promise something we get something Everyday same breakfast. Needs a lot of improvement . Not a place to stay indeed! Front desk men are not very courteous S SAVE MONEY DONT STAY IN APLINE THANKS

Okay hotel. It's a bit older in construction. But the view is nice of you take frontside room. It's okay for the price, but basic things like cleanliness can be improved for a better feel. For vehicles, the road was in very bad shape. Overall, it was okay.

I stayed in this hotel thrice. And it's rating are falling with the time with me. Last visit in 28th February 23.Rooms are well placed but very dirty. Water crisis. Furnitures are covered with dust. Extremely rude behaviour of staff.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
