Had a family stay for two days. Amazing relaxed atmosphere at hotel. Location of hotel is good. Hotel is very clean. Nice view.The staff is very polite. Mr Rathod is very helpful. Restaurant food was good. We had good Breakfast options. Will definitely visit again. Thanks

First of all to start with rooms were very neat and clean but this was the only thing that was good rather everything was pathetic. Mr.Abhi Rathod the manager of this resort was so rude and stupid that whenever anything was asked to this guy he was completely blank and unanswerable. Secondly nobody was responsive on this resort as the management and staff was extremely poor God sake who is the owner of this resort and how stupid and mad kind people he has appointed. There is so chaos and noise on the floor always which is such a nuisance to the tourists who come there and want peace. Mr.Dharmendra who was the housekeeping staff was the only person who was somewhat helpful and fulfilled all the needs when asked on time so kindly requesting all the people and my kind brothers and sisters please please please thing thrice not twice before going to this resort.

Don't ever stay here.. even if you do make sure you never buy mineral water from them.. for mineral water with MRP of Rs 20/- they charged us Rs 30/- the guy at reception justified the extra money saying it's far and costly to get mineral water!.. all the small shops that's just 200 meters away from the hotel sell it for 20 Rs/- which is the right price (the MRP).. I'd like to ask the hotel owner.. why is it that only you are paying an extra cost for getting the packaged mineral water while the other small shop owners are not? Trust me there are other much better stay options and you wouldn't wanna stay here

It was an amazing stay at the hotel. The Staff was very polite, supportive and available at time. The food was very good and tasty. I visited this place during the monsoon season, so the weather was very cloudy and very interesting around the hotel as the Location is near the valley. The management arranged a private cab even there was very high traffic in mahabaleshwar during my stay days. Thank you to the staff and Treebo.

The hotel staff, food and overall ambience was good but there are some issues like I was in 106 room and I couldn't get the WiFi signal there. Another thing was there were frequent power cuts during the day. But it's value for money!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
