Pros Good location Big rooms Hot water (not sure if it was working in the nights though) Bright rooms A/c working fine Cons Cigarette smell No cleaning at all just using room fresheners Broken toilet seat No separate room for breakfast. They bring parcels to the door, that too by 8:30 we need to order. In my opinion their services can be improved.

Bed are not at all clean. Sheets are dirty. Smell in the room. Some rooms doesn't have proper ventilation. I have been there with family and beside room was given to some bachelor's who made a lot of noise and consuming alcohol. They were shouting amount themselves, we felt a lot of disturbance during night stay and could sleep properly.

Rooms are okayish Not suitable for families as no restriction on smoking and drinking But friendly staff and perfect location if your purpose of visit is to go to kanaka Durga temple

Rooms are clean hygienic and spacious But there is no chance of arrange food because near by restaurant is 2 km far away. Car parking area is very small only park 3 or 4 cars

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
