The only good thing about this hotel is the room. It is a new property and the rooms are in good condition. The staff is courteous and helpful. But that is all it. The hotel has no parking, no restaurant and the breakfast service is pathetic. The worst thing about this hotel is that it has no beach access. One can walk to the beach but the path is extremely steep, through thick bushes, and alleys, and is impossible to navigate at night or with kids and senior citizens. There are plenty of good, budget hotels right on Kovalam beach--go for them.

Rooms are hygienic and well maintained. restaurant is not available at the property. We need to order food by swiggy or zomato. Another option,Hotel Al monte, they will provide ordered food to rooms. 1km walkable distance from hotel to hawa beach. Simple Breakfast will be provided by the property during your stay.

We stayed at the hotel for four nights. Overall it was a very nice experience. The hotel provided a good breakfast. The manager of the hotel was very cordial and also helped us to arrange cars for our sightseeing. We highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed here for two days and we really enjoyed our stay. It's a clean , hygienic rooms ... We were welcomed by Mr.Das the manager their and he really supported well in terms of room service, transport and with luggage. Breakfast was minimum but enough to fill our tummy. Room was having good beach view. Hotel is walkable from Hawa Beach. Overall good stay . Value for money.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
