Good accommodation in a prominent location. Amazing view from the balcony as I have got the best room here. Parking facility is available here. Safety point of view this hotel is completely safe for family, female and children. Rooms are comfortable and loaded with Amenities. Staff members are so good and hardworking. I have checked review before booking and i got various feedback but i think self experience is the best experience so i would suggest you to please try once if you are planning for accommodation this side.

Nice Hotel. And wonderful room view only if you get the good rooms. We had a stay at room no 402. It is a family room with one double bed and one single bed. Nice and spacious room. View from the balcony was spectacular. Coming to the other service. No toiletries provided No towels provided No intercom to connect to the reception Stairs are very steep, so if you have any aged person with you... Then give a second thought. Complementary breakfast was good. Other food was okay... Bit expensive. Staffs are not that much courteous. They even don't bother to take your feedback. Location is good. Near to mapro garden

Most of the reviews are fake. View from balcony and breakfast was good. Every other thing about this place is bad. - no hot water, just warm water - no lift. Stairs are too steep to climb - location is not so great. Need to go down very steep and narrow road to reach to the hotel - power cuts and DG back up is only for few hours - very poor service - definitely not value for money

Visited this place for a short 1 day excursion with family , it was monsoon and the view from my room was fabulous . The room was next to a valley and we had waterfalls visible to naked eyes through our room and the lawn in front of us. Food was okayish and buffet was also on ok side as they make their omlettes and keep in food warmer so that guests can help themselves during breakfast hours. Food is freshly made , less menu and hence better. Service is good and the service guys are helpful. The room i found it to be little expensive but with the view no complains. Make your reservations and do visit during monsoons..

First hand experience of staying in room no 201 and 202. These two rooms have a window facing a wall and hence zero ventilation or Sunrays passing through. Room no 201 is a dark shady room lit with yellow color dim light having a feel of classic bar restaurant. Rooms had no bucket mug, no set top box, no toiletries and finally no landline to connect reception 😢 We were alloted these rooms and when confronted treebo they mentioned the pics online in these rooms show windows with curtains which implies no view. Had to call treebo and they took one hour to revert. My request to everyone is please think again & again before you book rooms in this hotel. Few rooms are good facing hillside but you should be very lucky to get those. Saga continues no hot water nor any quick resolution to issues raised. Alternatively this place is easily passable. Two stars is for the location only.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
