The worst Experience Ever! Where do I start with? Baby cries and mother tries to get some essentials at the earliest from the staff and what they do is "stop picking up calls". All hotel staff goes for lunch at once and there is no one to respond for your queries. There is just one guy at reception to take all the room service requests, manage new clients and to manage the reception. If he goes somewhere, then there is going to be empty reception until he comes back. No backups are planned. Linens are dirty and they give just handwash in the name of toiletries. Hotel staff never comes back with answers for any of your queries... And the list goes on & on.... Won't recommend at all!

Out of the 8-10 hotels I've stayed in Hyderabad so far, this has been the most disappointing experience. The hotel had an unpleasant odor, unclean bedsheets with stains, and uncomfortably small rooms. The breakfast was subpar, offering unappetizing food. If considering a visit, be prepared for an overall unsatisfactory stay.

"Disappointing Stay and Poor Customer Service" My initial booking was made through Treebo's customer care, where I specifically reserved a room with two king-size beds to comfortably accommodate four adults and one child. During the booking process, I received assurances of this arrangement, and I promptly made a 50% payment. However, my stay took an unexpected turn during the check-in process. Upon arrival, I was assigned a room with one king-size bed and one queen-size bed, a significant departure from the four-bed cot room I had reserved. I was surprised by this change and sought clarification from the hotel's front desk executive. Their response was less than accommodating, stating that I had to accept this room or contact customer care for a resolution. The interaction was marred by an unpleasant display of arrogance and a lack of willingness to find a suitable solution. Needless to say, I was extremely dissatisfied with this unexpected turn of events. The room provided did not align with what I had paid for and what was clearly promised during the booking process, leaving me feeling disappointed. Furthermore, the check-in experience was marred by the staff's arrogance, who suggested I should file a complaint with customer care without offering immediate assistance. In an effort to address the issue, I reached out to Treebo's customer care on two separate occasions, hoping for a swift resolution. Unfortunately, I received no response from them, which reflects poorly on their commitment to customer satisfaction. Regrettably, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. Additionally, I found the overall ambiance of the hotel to be subpar. My experience serves as a cautionary tale for potential guests, and I hope Treebo takes this feedback seriously to improve their service and ensure that other customers do not encounter similar disappointments

A worst place to stay. Hotel staff is disappointing, not in uniform, rowdy type one or two boys are there.no cleaning, bed sheets are torn, same breakfast for all 30 days.Owner should visit property. Never will tell anybody to stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
