As my rating reflects my experience there. You can predict how good everything was there. The rooms are well maintained and cleaned gives the luxurious vibe. The location of this hotel is quite peaceful. I really liked the hotel.

I find myself absolutely right for choosing these hotel for a temporary stay. I'm impressed by the room services most. The rooms are cleaned and well maintained. The sight from the hotel is great as the location is perfect.

We had a worst experience, paid around 3k and not worth it, ceiling in restroom was broken, restroom door was not working, we struggled long time for hot water, no proper response from the management, breakfast very less options, Very average room. Terrible experience overall

Title: A Nightmarish Stay: No Hot Water and a Broken Toilet Add to the Terrible Experience Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ My recent stay at a certain hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. Not only did I encounter unhelpful staff, a noisy AC, and unclean linens, but the absence of hot water and a broken toilet took my dissatisfaction to new heights. Allow me to shed light on these additional issues that plagued my stay. To my disbelief, there was no hot water available throughout my entire stay. It was incredibly frustrating and inconvenient, especially when attempting to take a refreshing shower or simply wash my hands. Despite reporting the issue to the staff, no efforts were made to resolve the problem promptly. This lack of basic amenities was utterly unacceptable and showcased the hotel's lack of attention to guest comfort. As if the lack of hot water wasn't enough, I was also confronted with a broken toilet. The flushing mechanism was dysfunctional, causing repeated inconvenience and discomfort. Having to deal with a malfunctioning toilet during my stay was not only unhygienic but also an unpleasant reminder of the hotel's neglect of maintenance and guest satisfaction. These additional issues only served to compound my disappointment with this hotel. The lack of hot water and a broken toilet further exemplified their disregard for providing a satisfactory guest experience. It is truly disheartening to encounter such problems, which are fundamental necessities when staying at any accommodation. In conclusion, my stay at this hotel was marred by a multitude of problems, including unhelpful staff, a noisy AC, unclean linens, and the absence of hot water along with a broken toilet. I strongly advise against choosing this establishment, as their blatant disregard for basic amenities and maintenance renders it unsuitable for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Look elsewhere for accommodations that prioritize guest comfort and uphold the most basic standards of hospitality.

We came to Mysore for a trip and stayed here. The stay was pleasant. Rooms were spacious, clean and well maintained. The restroom/bathroom was a big one. Service was also good. The place was really good and it was a quiet area which I really loved it.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
