The rooms are not clean. The bedsheets and the comforter look as if they are very very old and used, not a fresh one for the guests. The mattress is non-existent and is pretty hard (that also seems quite old). The only thing good about this place is their staff's service. Everything else will be much below your expectations. The location also is really bad. The breakfast is very basic with more water content in Everything, even the fresh juice will be diluted. I would suggest to go for other hotels if you are planning to spend for a Deluxe room here.

Very average hotel. From the outside looks great but rooms are badly maintained. The following were a list of my issues: 1. For both of our rooms, the bathroom had some problem. 2. My mother got bitten by some insect. Seems like pest control was not done. 3. Everytime we ordered tea they would rush us to give the flask back, seems like they are short on utensils. 4. Was not able to give extra blanket even though they charged for the extra person. 5. Their food is average. Breakfast even though included was not great. 6. Furniture can be broken. 7. Location is very close to lighthouse beach. While its quiet if you are planning to visit swargadwar frequently you will end up spending on commute.

I was there with my own self enjoying my own vacation the hotel is really beautiful and cannot be described by words the service quality the neetness and the politeness of the staff really delight the mood of the customer

Good hotel for budget family. We didn't get availablity at top tier hotels so stayed here. It is not at par to our usual stay but all basic needs are met. It is good but needs lots of improvement in many aspects. It is not sea facing but about 200m away from lighthouse beach. There's limited staff, you see same persons in reception, restaurant and service. Hence it has some downfalls, the buffet refill, order preparation, utensils refill, room requests can take some good time. But all staff are well behaved, hard working and do their duties well. They gave complementary snacks. You can give food order early from room for them to prepare in time. They also gave us two special dishes on request which were not available on their menu. One thing is that their site mentions they don't have restaurant but they do, food is decent. Room has all basic facilities and maintenance is good. They can improve on increasing staffing and quality of service, this hotel has potential to be better. Overall it was a nice stay for 3 days, our vacation in Puri went well.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
