Good option in this cost. All type of rooms are available.some are very small and others are big, it depends on your budget. It’s 6-7 km from ghat. Leave the car at hotel parking as Auto are easily available for commuting. Breakfast has limited items. All in all I would rate average stay just because of cost.

I travelled to Haridwar on a business trip and stayed at Treebo Tropical Roots for one night, and I must say my experience was super awesome. I arrived at around 5 AM and was swiftly checked into my room, which was very comfortable for a solo traveller. They also have rooms in 3 and 4 beds configurations. Whatever food I had here was great in taste and flavour as it was freshly made unlike other big hotels. The staff at the hotel is always ready to serve and they are all very hospitable. I wish to stay again here on my next trip to Haridwar.

What an amazing place. It's a hidden jam. Believe me. It was a huge surprise for me in a positive way. Very affordable price. Rooms are very clean. The food is freshly cooked. And the staff is amazing. They speak almost all languages. The location is also very good. Very quite place. I strongly recommend. I never write a review. But here i couldn't resist. Thanks 🙏

Worst nightmare to book this hotel. No room service at all, i have been asking for extra mattress for 2 hours, manager told that most of staff are on leave. Smelly bathroom. We booked 8 rooms for 20 pax 2 months before but on arrival rooms are not ready, we have to ask for towel, soap, shampoo(which told us not in their policy), tv not working. Not the standard of Treebo. I will never book any Treebo in future. Pillow covers are also rotten.

day ago on Google 3/5 The place is good. Room is good. But first of all the location pinned is erroneous. There is no parking facility as such. Just that its not on main road so cars are safely parked in front, beside a park. Breakfast options were also less compared to other treebo hotels we visited during other trips. Experience overall was still good.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
