Neat and clean rooms.! But there is only 1 member for all the services..! Overall good rooms...! U can stay for 1 or 2 days.! And bathroom are maintained very well.! But wardrobe is not good drawer is not working..!

Would rate it lil above average... It's good for a budget stay ... We got two rooms at 1400 but it's not hygienic as we had read others reviews of cockroach and cigarette butts being there, sadly we experienced both...the blankets weren't very clean too

Good staff, good rooms, good taste at lowest price in the region (booked from OYO) . > The staff was very polite and was very helpful. They are always ready to help their customers even if it's late night. About their taste, it was far better than every other hotel we visited. Also, the rooms they have are amazing. They are fully maintained are so are fully functioning. In short, White Wings is 💯 recommend. Keep up the good work. Thank you.

Room is not clean. Cockroaches are everywhere. Especially drawers. They are not at all interested in running their business it seems. We booked through oyo and checked in unfortunately. We didn't get refund. We were given different rooms but all other room were in same condidtion.They said room is cleaned or sanitized. Hotel didn't even had a single sanitizer spray except a small bottle to clean. We bought our own and cleaned most of the room surfaces as we had no other option but to stay. If you are going here check once before you pay. Hopefully they clean it up taking things seriously

The hotel was very good and clean. Worth the cost. The staffs were polite and helpful too. They didn't charge for extra plate for complimentary breakfast. Would recommend this hotel for the stay and even for food. It had a veg restaurant and food was very tasty.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
