I recently booked two Deluxe category rooms for a 3-night stay at your hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The housekeeping service was notably poor, and the promised rooms with breakfast turned out to be quite limited in food options. Both mornings offered only two choices – Poha and Pakoda one day, and Puri Bhaji and Upma the next. Additionally, the absence of basic toiletries like a dental kit or even soap was surprising and inconvenient. The internet connection was not just bad; I would describe it as the worst I've experienced. This greatly impacted my ability to stay connected during my stay. Furthermore, the car parking situation, though available on the road in front of the hotel, was not ideal. Placing dinner orders before 10 pm seemed restrictive and inconvenient for guests with varied schedules. I feel compelled to advise others not to solely rely on the pictures available on the website when considering a booking. The price charged for the stay does not align with the overall experience provided. Totally a nice place to stay with multiple restaurants around and close to the lake and market. Gave one star less as the first room given to us was having a bad smell, but they changed it when asked for the next day. The service, food and people were awesome. Would definitely recommend the place for their service and location. Limited food but nice taste.

The bathroom smell is hell, bedsheets never changed, staff is very helpful. Parking is next to the road, so please get ready to wash your car after a few hours parking. Breakfast is delicious but less items

Well I would recommend people to not to go for this hotel as this hotel staff are cheaters, taking GST amount but not giving GST bills. Just harassing people & playing with money of customers. When I paid the full amount for my stay, I asked them to give me GST bill but they denied saying that at the time of check out they will give it. At the time of check out also not giving the bill & wasting customers time. Good for nothing. The staff is also very rude.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
