        One of the worst hotels I have ever experienced in Bangalore. The price looked affordable and the photos looked brilliant in the sites BUT as you enter the hotel you get a very shady vibe and the rooms are very stinky and the air conditioner does not work. The bedsheets had dirty stains and i had to get them immediately changed but still were not satisfied. I left the hotel immediately. Recommend you to not book this hotel without checking it once prior payment.

        This is the first time I am writing a review for any hotel. The reason why this hotel compelled to write me the review you all we know after reading the review. Before booking this hotel it 1. Location was very nice because the vibe was great in this area, you will get pG and flats at a very good rates if you are going to join Infosys or any other company in EC Phase 1. 2. The service was great . I called for water at 2:00 am and within 3-4 minutes a person was there at my gate with the bottles. 3. Rooms are spacious and the ambience is very nice. 4 the main reason to like this property is the managers at the desk —- “Pawan” and “Wasim”…. I got an urgent office meeting call after checkout . They allowed us to use the reception area for the meeting and office work . I used the hotel area for 5 hours and they were very nice and decent and they did not disturbed me ….. Thanks a lot “Treebo” and the property managers …… I am writing this review because at the time of booking I was reading reviews of the property and people have written negative reviews but at the time of booking it was 9 pm and I have no option so I booked it and I got a very opposite and nice experience

        Terrible experience we had with the hotel. We reached around 3 pm and it was hot in the room. AC was not working and it took more than an hour for staff to attend and fix the issue with the remote. TV was not working which was not fixed throughout the stay. While the AC started working it was dripping the water in the washroom which drops on you if you sit on a toilet seat. There was no minifridge in the room , I requested some ice which was denied saying they do not have. I had no option but to leave the property and go out and relax in some cafe in Kushalnagar which was again 7-8 kms form the property. I came back around 8 pm and wanted to order food from the restaurant which they refused to provide , saying it is not in policy. I tried explaining that the kid has slept and we cannot come down to the restaurant leaving her alone in the room but staff was very arrogant to respond that they cannot help in this situation. We slept without having dinner. Next morning they gave 2 paper coupons, to go and claim the breakfast in the restaurant, I was a shock to see the kind of breakfast spread it was. only Veg options with cold idly and vada .. We requested for Dosa they refused , we requested for omelette they refused , we requested for at least toasting the bread they refused saying they do not have toaster. I was in shock and saw some more customers arguing with staff on the kind of food they have provided. Response from the staff was that it is not a five star and I was disappointed that I have paid the price Rs 6000 which is a price of at least 3 or 4 star. Then I got to know from some people that they have got similar rooms in Rs 2000 directly from the property and not from the Treebo site. When I tried checking with property staff they said you paid to Treebo so go and check with them. I have been staying in Treebo properties for quite a while now and it was my first experience like that which was just shocking to me . I felt very sad and cheated with the kind of price I paid and the kind of experience I had on my vacation.

        RUDE RECEPTIONIST WITHOUT ANY HUMANITARIAN CONCERN – HEARTBREAKING EXPERIENCE I was shifting my flat (which is adjacent to this hotel), my 5 month pregnant wife and I wanted a place to sleep for a night since I moved all my furniture from my flat. My wife was suffering from health issues and sever backpain at midnight and I booked the stay through agoda and went to this hotel with her at midnight 12.30. Since the hotel has given wrong mail ID to agoda, my booking was not appearing in Hotels system. The receptionist refused to accommodate us even after multiple requests and submitting the below proofs 1. my booking confirmation in Agoda App. 2. mail from Agoda, 3. on call confirmation from agoda customer care 4. Mail sent by agoda agent to the hotels revised mail ID as per my request in call. I even offered Rs.5000 as security deposit for the Rs.2000 room (thought I have paid the full room rent online at Agoda) and gave my original ID proof which he can keep till booking get confirmed. Despite all this, the rude receptionist made my pregnant wife wait till 1.30 at midnight at the reception. She was suffering from severe backpain and literally crying all this while sitting at reception. Finally we got room after the booking appeared in their system at 1.30 in the midnight. I HAVE NEVER SEEN ANY RUDE RCEPTIONIST LIKE THIS WHO DOESN’T HAVE EVEN A PINCH OF HUMANITY THIS IS THE WORST RECEPTIONIST THAT I CAME ACROSS IN MY LIFE. I HOPE THE MANAGEMENT TAKES SOME ACTION OR GIVE A GOOD ORIENTATION AS TO HOW TO BEHAVE TO THE GUEST PROPERLY.

        Worst experience staying here last 2 days. Agree that rooms were good and good hospitality but the bed sheet weren't cleaned . There were stains and hairs all over them. Looks like they are just rearranging it. I saw someone commented same 3 months ago and owner replied they will take care of it. So if I experienced same last days, that means this hotel management does not care about customer satisfaction. This is my 3 rd stay and I have raised same concern every time . It is just that my office is just near by that’s why I had to stay there. In future I will not stay there. I reached my home town took clear bath and feeling comfortable now.
