Stayed for 2 nights with family in December 2023. Located in outskirts it is more of a wedding hall than a tourist hotel. Rooms are just average with no toiletries. Staff are not trained and rustic. Food is below par and poor hygiene with flies all around in dining area. There was a private party going on who were making huge noise till late night without any concern for the occupants of rooms. Overall not worth the cost we paid. There are better options within the city and please avoid this place if you can.

Resort is good but is very far from city area..no mode of transportation available and one who comes charges min 200 to 400 rs.. no activities for children and adults... Food is good and quality of room is best... Ask for new wing for booking..old wing is like dharamshala

Unprofessional, waiter won't provide any support. You ask for anything, directly they have only one answer "no". Property is surrounded by slums and 15kms from the main city. Came with family, will suggest not to book this property.

The hotel is at periphery of Jodhpur City. Location not so clean and tidy from outside. Hotel is good to stay for a day or so. Food and services need big time improvement in quality and promptness. Will suggest to opt for many other options available

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
