        Spacious, particularly in the general areas, but overpriced bar, slow (but friendly and accommodating) service, pool not heated, no sauna/jacuzzi/steam room and the spa could only accommodate three guests per hour, which I think is low for a site of this size. The management picked up on the review above and responded positively and constructively in the immediate remaining days we were there. Special thanks to Urvi for the steps she took and directed the team to take to both address the concerns and compensate for an experience below the standards expected.

        Gorgeous resort in an even more gorgeous location— probably one of the best resort resorts I’ve stayed at, comparable to a five seasons. The building and rooms are beautiful and kept well (if just a bit small, but I barely spent time inside so who cares), the climate control is perfect, and the staff go above and beyond, particularly the bartender.. I had literally no complaints which is new lol

        Nice location and fantastic service.The rooms are clean, hygienic and well kept.The staff is very warm and friendly. Every room has a good view.The whole property has lush green lawns and beautiful lake view.

        Overall, the best experience I have had at a hotel till now! The room could have been a tad bigger, but it was still okay! The amenities were top notch, so no complaints there! The garden, the facilities, and the behaviour of the staff very good👍
