The hotel room were amazing. Cleanliness was up to the mark. Breakfast was complimentary for us which was quite good with variety of options to choose from. The staff as well was friendly and professional. I highly recommend stay with Triose.

I and my family booked this hotel for a two nights stay. We fell ill and could not travel so we requested the management to shift our dates by a day. Very graciously they agreed as a special case. Mr Basu runs the place very efficiently and is extremely kind. The hotel staff is excellent. The rooms are well maintained and so is the pool. Breakfast provided has a lot of options. It was a wonderful stay. This hotel deserves much more praise than it has received, it is highly underrated. It is a one in all stop for travellers!

We had a wonderful stay at Triose Boutique Hotel. The service and the hospitality of the staff is excellent. The facilities are great. You can watch a movie at their multiplex, eat variety of food at their food court or restaurants, children can play in their play area. Overall the stay experience was excellent!! Thank you Team Triose!

We had gotten a king room with a private sit out and I was shocked at how tall the ceilings were. The pictures don't do justice to the rooms, our room was more beautiful and aesthetic than I had hoped for. The service was spot on and the staff felt genuine and kind. We were a little late for the checkout but weren't harassed by the staff to leave like it usually happens, in fact they were understanding and gave us an extra 10 minutes to finish packing. I love that and appreciate it so much. The staff member Rakesh always had a smile on his face and was helpful and welcoming at all times. An absolute delight. It was overall a content experience!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
