        We stayed for one night. The location of this resort is right by a lake. It feels like the place initially was amazing but now the owners gave up on it. There are 5 best ways to improve the place: 1. Paint all the walls, including rooms, bathroom, hallways, and dining room. Nothing fancy just to give the place a new look. 2. Furniture looks very dated, maybe apply new varnish to them and reupholster them as well (chairs in dining room). 3. Improve the service, breakfast was served late. I understand sometimes things happen and lateness can happen but please try to be better. 4. Food was fine, just make sure you cook things properly. 5. Pool deck needs little cleaning. Please clean pool as well, it was a little dirty.

        Property n location is ethnic. Ambience is peaceful n leisurely. It is 100 years old. All the services n dine is excellent. Staff is also friendly. Must visit. Little far from city. Full paida vasool. Just loved it.

        Property is old and good but hygiene is very bad. Bed sheets and bathrooms are not properly maintained. The shower is not working, the sheets and curtains have stains. Food is good but with very limited options.

        had booked 3 rooms for our north Indian friends (including their family) they were not at all happy. bathrooms were stinking, worst breakfast and dint even get bill for the paid amount. manager on the front desk asked to gpay few bills to his number. Big frauds.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
